Nature of the Service

This is a private reference with no government authority. It stores no official Livingston, McCracken, Kentucky DOC, federal, or ICE records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document.

Its pages point visitors toward inmate, jail, court, release, and supervision resources in Livingston County and Kentucky. Some pages also connect to independent research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in violation of any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass another person.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not attempt access to accounts, data, or systems without permission.
• Do not operate bots, automated scrapers, or similar collection tools.
• Do not interfere with the site or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reports

Livingston County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners. You agree not to use information reached here for:

• Hiring, discipline, or termination decisions
• Tenant selection or any housing decision
• Creditworthiness or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA

Outside Websites

Links may lead to sheriff and jail pages, release records, Kentucky corrections and court portals, legal resources, federal locators, or independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination’s content, availability, data practices, or terms, so review them before using that service.

Service Without Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• Access will always be uninterrupted
• The site is free from errors, defects, or security flaws
• A partner search will return every possible record

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by Livingston County, McCracken County Regional Jail, Kentucky DOC, or another government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Livingston County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Livingston County Released Inmates or the respective content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish protected material without written permission from the rights holder.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Ending or Limiting Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Kentucky Governing Law

Kentucky law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky. References to Kentucky public records, including KRS 61.870 through 61.884, do not turn this private site into a public agency.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
